NTRA Energy provides general wellness consulting and coaching intended to help clients:

NTRA Energy does not guarantee any particular physical, psychological, medical, lifestyle, financial, or personal result.

Individual experiences depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, decisions, and consistency.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into agreements. By booking or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally authorized to enter into the applicable agreement.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Making your own decisions regarding whether to implement general coaching suggestions
• Seeking appropriate professional medical or healthcare advice when necessary
• Informing NTRA Energy if a topic falls outside the appropriate scope of general wellness consulting or coaching
• Using your own judgment when applying information discussed through our services

Participation in NTRA Energy services does not create a physician-patient, psychologist-patient, dietitian-patient, or other regulated healthcare professional relationship.

4. Bookings and Service Availability

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client, appointment availability, or delivery of a particular service. Consultations or coaching services are confirmed only after NTRA Energy has communicated the applicable arrangements with you.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service where:

• The requested support falls outside our service scope
• A regulated or specialized professional would be more appropriate
• Required information has not been provided
• Continuing the engagement would be inappropriate or impractical
• Either party otherwise has a lawful right to end the service relationship

Where appropriate, we may recommend that an individual seek support from a qualified healthcare or other professional.

5. Fees and Payments

Any applicable fees will be disclosed before a service is purchased or confirmed. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees are stated in Canadian dollars
• Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or purchase
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information

Payments may be processed using independent third-party payment service providers. NTRA Energy does not control the independent systems or security practices of third-party payment processors.

Any taxes required by applicable law may be added where applicable.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to a particular service will be communicated before booking or will be governed by NTRA Energy's applicable Service & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

• Any particular personal result

Client outcomes vary and may depend on circumstances beyond NTRA Energy's control.

Any examples or general educational content should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another person will experience the same result.
